Swim Specific Strength Training ONLINE
High-Performance Training includes:
- 8 workouts per month: 60-90 minutes delivered through the app BRIDGE TRACKER.
- Workouts will have exercise videos with prescribed sets and repetitions.
- Workouts are designed based on the equipment available per client/team.
- Monthly chats with your Swimmer Strength coach; face-to-face, or phone.
- Power, strength, and core assessment – done throughout season.
- Personalized strength & functional training – based on age, gender, and stroke/distance.
