High-Performance Training includes:
- 6-8 workouts: ~45 minutes long, delivered through the app BRIDGE TRACKER.
- Workouts will have exercise videos with prescribed sets and repetitions.
- Workouts are designed based on how specific you are in filling out the upcoming questions and based on the equipment available.
- A base introduction to the Swimmer Strength philosophy, and online training.
