This book has been well- researched and there are quite a few gems to be found here in terms of strength and stability, which are essential to be a good swimmer. I recommend purchasing this book as the information and research in this book is well worth the money. The author also has a great Instagram page @swimmerstrength where he shows a lot of the exercises as well as his webpage swimmerstrength.com so I would recommend using the book with those two things.
